![]() Unfortunately not the case, Taj the “manager” was aggressive, rude and made several misrepresentations. I notified the management of the condition and thought they would be appalled of the condition of the room. Strains on chairs, mold, rust, broken furniture, etc. The staff are rude and unprofessional did not follow through with the commitments they made regarding room cleaning. Please read the previous reviews and believe them. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years and stayed at over 115 different Hilton properties around the world this is the WORST! This place is not even. You are immediately struck with the sense the staff could care less. I think they just told me that to make me feel better and go way. I have yet to receive any follow up e-mail or correspondence from the manager as promised. I watched one lady have a major meltdown in the lobby attempting to get in touch with the general manager. Save yourself the hassle of a filthy room, and rude staff and service. Taj offered no gesture of good will to offset the disappointment in the nasty room and furnishings. I now understand that is what the staff has been telling unsatisfied guest for months. Allegedly, the standard line is the hotel will soon be going through a major renovation. ![]()
